New Hope Community Ministries

Through the love of Christ, we build restorative relationships with individuals and families in our community, empowering them to move from crisis to self-sufficiency. New Hope envisions a transformed community where individuals and families are safe, strong, self-sufficient, and experiencing God’s grace; where neighbors are reconciled racially, socially, and economically; and where people put aside their differences to work together to meet needs, affirm strengths, and develop leaders.

New Hope Community Ministries serves community members of Prospect Park and Haledon, New Jersey through 14 unique programs. Our programs cater to families, children, couples, parents and much more. These programs focus on meeting the needs in our community and help empower individuals to become self-sufficient and community leaders. New Hope provides services such as food pantry, mentoring, music lessons, ESL classes, tax preparation services, women support group and much more.
