Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey is committed to delivering the Girl Scout Leadership Experience to engage and inspire girls to find their voice and become the leaders of tomorrow. Girl Scouts builds girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.

The Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey, through our Lead Initiative, provide girls in Kindergarten through 12th grade the opportunity to participate in the Girl Scout Leadership Experience at no cost! Through the use of fun and informative activities/experiences, the girls are provided with the foundation for sound decision-making skills, goal setting, and an outlet to contribute to the improvement of society by learning skills that enhance their lives. This programming is delivered through weekly meetings at local schools and the duration of the program varies to meet the needs of the school community.
